How the Wedding Photography Awards Work.
The Institute of Wedding Photographers Awards (UKWPA) runs throughout the year, celebrating creativity, skill, and storytelling in wedding photography across the UK. Photographers can submit their best images at any time, with new entries accepted on a rolling basis.
Each year is divided into four award seasons, with finalists selected quarterly. Every three months, our judging panel will carefully review submissions and shortlist the most outstanding work in each category. All finalists will be notified by email.
At the end of November, we announce our annual winners—those who’ve truly stood out across the seasons. These overall winners will receive exclusive prizes, digital badges, and special recognition across our platforms.
